Machining of parts and extrusion in low one off or high volume runs is easily achieved with our cad/cam nesting software. The bed size of our machine allows us to profile from the smallest parts to 6300mm X 2600mm and up to 100mm thick. Parts can be machined in any material, the use of a router to cut the parts allows for high accuracy and a clean finish. We can mill pockets, cut bevels and rounded shoulders all on the same machine.
